We are well located for walk-in mares visiting stallions at Highclere Stud and Whitsbury Manor Stud, as well as stallions standing further afield. With a competitively priced scan package and in-house transport, we can help keep your costs under control.
“Kate and Richard have what we consider to be the perfect covering, foaling and early life set up at Plantation Farm, one that we have used for 8 years. Kate manages to get potentially difficult mares in foal, while Richard will travel considerable distances to walk them in. Their boxes are spacious, the turn out is good; close at hand and easy to supervise… but the unique selling point is having an excellent vet, living on site within a minutes walk, to handle any problem or emergency before, during, or after foaling.
